Works great with Oculus Rift sensors, I've been using them for about 2-3 weeks now and haven't had any problems, everything is recognized as USB 3.0 and the room scale works fine. the negative reviews stating it is only recognized as 2.0 blame the wrong guy for the problem. Your computer's USB controller can only handle a certain number of devices, no matter how much current your power supply puts out, no matter how many ports your computer has, the fact is USB controllers have a limited bandwidth and there's nothing you can do about it. The best way to check if your controller is out of bandwidth is to unplug all USB devices except mouse, keyboard and Oculus Rift, then run the sensor setup again. If you don't have problems, you know the problem is that you have too many things plugged into it. In this case, the solution is not a new cable, but an additional USB expansion card
