Getting accurate measurements using the wrong tool simply gets me nowhere fast. I like to be consistent, whether I’m measuring something chemical, or something kitchen-related. Oftentimes when purchasing something chem-based, a company will include commonly used measuring tools or containers. I have some powdered food coloring and didn’t have anything smaller than ¼ teaspoon or 1.25 cc. Way too much and way too difficult to cut down accurately.These plastic disposable spoons hold 0.15 cc, much better to achieve the accuracy I want. Whenever anything requires scientific measurement, guesswork is foolhardy. I don’t often need a small measurement, but these are perfect for those who do. They are a solid spoon and, although disposable, can be reused several times if needed. The handles are flexible and won’t break unless stressed. Definitely would recommend these spoons for anyone who needs an accurate measurement … every time.
