My first reaction is that given the low price this scooter is great value for money. Can't speak to durability yet but seems durable enough for my 3.5 year old who currently weighs 35lbs or a little over. Which brings me to my actual motivation for writing the review. Based on the Questions and Answers section, the seller didn't quite understand the weight limit, stating that the limit is 35 pounds. In fact, both the packaging and the manual clearly state that the weight limit is 35 kilograms, which equals 77 pounds. That seems correct.
