First of all let me say that I have two Joovy Room2 and love them. They are durable and functional. Based on my experience with Joovy Room2 with my first child, I bought Coo for my newborn. The product is durable and lightweight. It's easy to move from room to room. My newborn sleeps wonderfully in it. The problem with the product is the mattress topper. Although it's advertised as removable and machine washable, it's incredibly difficult to remove from the mattress and accompanying hardboard. In addition, Joovy does not sell additional cases. I immediately contacted customer service when I found the case design was poor and they offered to send me an additional case. If they hadn't offered that, I probably would have returned the item due to the cover design. Additional reporting would help me a lot right now, but I DID NOT RECEIVE IT as promised by your Jazzlyn support rep a month ago today. I have sent several emails and they keep saying they have run out. etc. and ask me to wipe it clean (I doubt they ever intended to send it). For a company that sells children's items, that's an absurd comment. Do I just "wipe" the hourly/daily saliva off the cover?!? Spirit. When designing a product for infants, the mattress cover should be easily removable for washing, or at least provide consumers with the option to purchase an additional cover so that the product can be used while the other cover cannot be REMOVED . Washing because babies spit!
