Review on Gino Giovanni Boys' White Suit Set for First Communion and Weddings by Robert Ryokan

I rarely write reviews but thought it might help some of you who would rather order online than go to the store and buy in person. I decided to buy online because it was becoming difficult to find my son's white communion suit in stores near my home. Most were able to get me a white suit, but they would have to order it online, so I decided to go online myself. When I found this suit I thought it looked pretty good. I read some reviews and it turned out that most people were also happy with the suit, so I decided to buy it. I'll start with the good: 1) The suit arrived on time as promised, it fit as it should. 1) The fabric is thin like many white suit fabrics when you can find it in the price range this suit was in. 2) The shoulder pads in the suit were quite large and didn't fit well. They were grouped and clumped. To make matters worse, they were blue! The blue shoulder pads under the thin white jacket made no sense to me. 3) The buttons were cheap plastic with a swirled white and off-white combination color that I couldn't see in the picture. 4) The shirt was also very thin. I ended up returning the suit and driving around until I found a place that had something more appropriate. I finally found a suit that was comparable in price but with better fabric, lined pants, nicer buttons and shoulder pads that weren't blue and lumpy.
