It's very customizable to everyones needs so as long you have access to it for sure its good but if u dont know how to use that may be difficult at first. Also I believe there are better options like open source or web service providers out their with free plans just check what they offer before purchasing anything from them because sometimes some of these companies give false promises so make your own choice carefully! Good communication platform. Helps us build new workflows using our customer’s tools (PO) without getting lost in translation when communicating between internal team members within each other department. Its simple to use with great support from sales team in India for our project needs. It has all features needed by us as an organization for Project Management of multiple projects at one place. Nothing yet dislike about this product but they need to improve more on it like its UI could be improved further. Great Product which I would recommend to others.
