Cannot be used, no need to squeeze product from tube

It's a crayon like a pen, it seems like you have to use the cap to push out the color, but the cap isn't long enough even if it would push out something. Very dissatisfied, I cannot use them at all. would not buy again. The manufacturer keeps giving me different people who will not replace them or even tell me how to squeeze the color out of the pen.
