I train indoors on my Zwift daily. That means a lot of sweat, so you need tapes that absorb as much as possible, and I needed several pairs for everyday use. This is up to the task. I no longer have sweat dripping from my hands onto my cycling gloves and handlebars. You absorb everything. I wash/rinse them every day and let them air dry (to avoid shrinkage). The straps are snug but not too tight for my wrists (about 6.5 inches in diameter). I chose white straps to avoid color stains in the wash. Happy with it and glad it comes in a multipack.
