These molds make some of the best perfectly cut ice cubes I've ever put in a drink. That being said, there are two reasons I'm giving this item 4 stars instead of 5: 1. The trays are a bit more difficult to fill because the baffles are flush with the top of the tray, leaving no room to overflow the other cubes. . 2. Cubes are difficult to remove from the shell. Advantages: compact, you can cook a lot, large ice cubes, cubes are kept in drinks for a long time.
