Okay let me start by giving only 4 stars because the hair hasn't been installed yet. Ordered hair 4/3, received 4/4 with one day pickup which was great because I couldn't wait an extra day to take advantage of the two day shipping. The fresh hair in the package is very soft, looks natural like my daughter's hair, adjusts to length when stretched, does not fall out when combed and has no odor, a pair of free eyelashes (plastic) is also included in the package . The hairdresser even commented on the quality and completeness of the kits, while a good purchase, I will update once the installation is complete.
