Recently, I bought a car stereo from the online shop of ACECAR, and I was very disappointed with their customer service. When I tried to contact the business about the stereo's delivery defect, they didn't reply to my emails for days. The company's representative was unhelpful and seemed to know nothing about the product when I eventually received an answer. I made several attempts to get a refund, but ultimately had to take things into my own hands. Due to their subpar customer support and ignorance of their own products, I would not suggest ACECAR.
