Review on 🔌 ACDelco Gold 335-1136 Alternator: Premium Performance and Reliability by Centerfold Montague

I give 4 stars for now. It is made in China, it is not mentioned in the description and in my experience it can be a coincidence. There is a parts warranty, 24 months / 24,000 miles (parts only), not lifetime as suggested by another member in the Customer Questions and Answers section. Revain's description is on a PDF which does not show alternators with a 335 prefix, which it does, and this item is guaranteed for 2 years and 24,000 miles. It would be a good idea for consumers who have concerns about the warranty period of this product to call ACDelco Customer Service directly as ACDelco supplies many products and details may vary for specific products. 1-800 ACDELCO, (223-3526) They were extremely professional and courteous and confirmed that this is a 2 year old item with 24,000 miles on it. They require Revain buyers and installers to record mileage outside of the store and rely on the Honor system and keep a copy of the invoice. Item looks new and is very well made. On my 2002 Escape he used the pull/input method from above, just removed the vacuum reservoir and disconnected the ECU and rear wiring harness, clipped and tied the hoses back. However, without removing the axle or manifold, this would be considered a very difficult repair due to the limited space. You Tube is your friend in this matter. See link in other comments. Numerous long distance trips now and works like new.
