I love these shoes! I wore Brooks Adrenalines for many years, but the design changed and the shoes became cheap. My husband suggested these shoes. I bought a Kayano 22. WOW! I felt like I was walking on clouds! The gel cushioning in the heel and foot area is very comfortable. This shoe offers great support and cushioning. When I finish a long run, I usually can't wait to kick off my shoes and put on sandals. I didn't feel that way with these sneakers. I could run in it and then walk without discomfort or pain. Highly recommended. I bought 2 extra pairs to have backups.
