Each clip came individually wrapped so that there was no rubbing or damaging of the clips. They aren't too heavy where you would feel too much of the weight in your hair but are also tough enough to keep your hair held up with daily use. I would say its a great purchase for about 75 cent per clip at the time of purchase.
