To stop everyone from purchasing this garbage, I deliberately made the decision to write a review. In my perspective, the model's drawbacks cancel out ALL of its advantages. purchased for sports. I don't do it every day, but I do it frequently, so the headphones aren't even close to being worn out. The warranty period was exactly one year, during which time the headphones operated. Then the issues with charging and maintaining a charge started. It fails to charge and crashes. Even the service message regarding the amount of the charge is glitchy. For instance, if I charge for two hours and receive a message about 100% before starting to listen, if I inquire about the charge after five minutes, I receive a message about 60%, i.e. a reduction of 40% in five to ten minutes. Yesterday, I charged for 40 minutes at 20%. I turned on the warning saying the charge is 20% when I got to the gym, meaning that there was no fee at all. The diode reportedly had a 100% charge because it burnt green. These feel okay to the touch in that they fit comfortably in the ears, but they are still not amazing. And sure, the sound quality degrades significantly the moment you experience even a small amount of landing in your ear while riding a bike or on a track. Now let's get to the point. I was told by the BOSE-branded service center that this model is changed to a new one within the warranty time, and that after that, they do not fix it—rather, they throw it out and buy new ones. Call them and ask yourself if you don't believe me. They were 12,000 at the time, so I paid roughly 10,000 for them at a discount. Now 7000. This seems like it would be excessive for throwaway "ears," in fact. Chinese slag in bulk for 1500-2022 is available at auctions with comparable standards (sound, comfort, and dependability). "Generous" price reduction—by the way, just think of how much it would cost in China if it were readily reduced from $12 to $7—amounted to practically nothing. I definitely advise against encouraging this deceit in general.
