Excellent Customer Experience Platform, especially if it is used as Social Media Management Tool
I like that you can use this app for multiple purposes in your business which includes collecting leads & customer feedbacks (social). The dashboard allows me view all my stats at once without having too many tabs open up so i don't get distracted by other things while doing work/business tasks! Sometimes its slow but not enought time consuming problems with swiZLY overall!! Overall great product - would recommend anyone who's interested into using an online platform where they are able collect data about their customers or potential clients / users etc :).
Pros
- User friendly interface, easy to navigate.
- Great way tracking social media mentions via twitter search tool within SWIZLYS APP itself.Great feature as well when it comes down tto analytics reporting ! Easy accessability across platforms..Easy setup process..No need much technical skills required either :)
Cons
- Some times could be better if we have more options
