I just want to say how cool this little tray is. I've long given up non-stick coatings and aluminum, but quality stainless steel is hard to come by these days. I often use my toaster to roast and roast peppers, the problem is that most of the trays that come with it are aluminum. Unlike the baking sheets I use in a conventional oven, I can't cover them with parchment paper due to the risk of fire. When I found this little tray I was excited but skeptical. I've used it to roast several batches of peppers, the tray has withstood intense and continuous heat without warping. There was really a lot of juice that stood out from the peppers. But after a quick soak it was clean and shiny. I was so amazed that I went ahead and ordered baking sheets that I hadn't tried before. I am happy with this purchase.
