This was a great purchase, I found this stuff in the lab and from what I've read it was the purest "metal free" protein powder I could find. Please do not purchase if you don't have a blender if you don't mind oats. but blender works best here. I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk and the flavor I like is chocolate. I prefer to chill an hour or two before drinking. the colder the tastier. The taste reminds me of a milkshake and I just think of oatmeal as bits of brownie. it's seriously cold. Also, you may find your smoothie separating in the fridge and you see water at the top and I believe oats and so on at the bottom. don't be offended just shake it i promise it's delicious lol. So yeah, price volatility aside, this was a great buy for me and the most natural one. The only reason I'm writing this review now is that I want to place another order.
