UPDATE: 03/22/20. I have been emailed 3 times by the company that sells them. They didn't want a negative review for their product on the website and offered me a $55 Revain gift certificate if I delete my review. This should also have been given if I had returned the item if I had removed the review. I consider this a backroom business practice as I read and verify all product reviews prior to purchase. I declined. I have shoulder length hair and bought this product to add soft waves to my hair. I read all the literature that went with it and looked up how to make a video. Well as they say it just didn't work on my hair. I kept trying, but in the end I had to give up. I can not recommend!
