Received my package today and it was one of the easiest lights I have ever installed. You must replace the mounting bracket with the one supplied, leaving the two supplied screws on the mounting bracket, but unscrew them as far as possible. After you have connected the ground and power wires, simply look at the light, line up the two screws with the holes, push in and then once both are visible, twist and tighten the screws to close the light attach. Beautiful, easy to install, LED bright light so no incandescent bulbs, what more could you ask for. It took me 10 minutes max to install after removing the old mount and bracket. There's plenty of room above the bracket for cables so they don't have to be crammed into the top of the box.
