Very Happy! tried plastic. Never. These are sturdy hooks that help a lot with organization. Yes, it makes your closet look cramped, but now I can fit everything. Work shirts on one side, T-shirts on the other. They are strong enough for heavy coats. I put 6 wool/pea jackets on 1 unit and it works great. The only thing I would suggest is to use the same type of hangers. I've found that a metal hook works better than a plastic hook.
