This works, but a little more could be used.

I appreciate the functionality, for the price it's definitely 5 stars, but there is one small detail that I hate, or lack of, I have to say. When you open the lid and put it behind your iPad, it shakes there. A good solution for this would be magnets that hold the lid in place. Otherwise I have no complaints.
