Wow! I finally got my invincible deep tissue massage balls! I've been looking forward and waiting to get this in the mail today. The quality is much higher than I expected. As a certified personal trainer, I work with a wide range of deep tissue machines, foam rollers and balls. So here is my review based on my experiences with similar devices. The blue lacrosse ball, which is a hard rubber ball, is awesome. There isn't much to say about that. Personally I've never been a big fan of cleated balls but the one which is very hard and the other a little softer is a lot of fun on my feet, I think I'll love them from now on. My favorite of the whole set is the large foam ball, which is a little smaller than the commercial balls you buy at the sporting goods store, and what I like about it is that because it's smaller, it's easier to penetrate deeper into muscle tissue. This is definitely my favorite of all the products. I will definitely recommend this pack to all my clients in my studio. Thank you, invincible fitness!
