This is our second device of this type and has been greatly improved. It takes a little time to figure out how the system works and to program it. All of this is done on a screen that must be dark to view. That means you can't read and program at the same time, or see the remote control in the dark. But once you understand this, the result will be impressive. Our window from which we are projecting is next to a bright street lamp, but the projected image is still clearly visible. The biggest downside is that you have to go through many steps again every night when you restart it. A major downside is that the power cord needs to be placed correctly to make the connection. If we had bought it sooner we would have asked for another unit to replace it.
