Freeze the bucket for at least 24 hours. Use cold ingredients. Don't overfill.

This freezer is so convenient to use and most importantly there is no mess with ice and salt. I love it so much it might be dangerous for my waistline! When I use silicone ice buckets, there are no ice crystals in them. It stays wrong!
