My 1st Rating I gave super good marks. Ouch! Young ! Am I wrong? It was working great BEFORE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. What happened? The charging connector is broken. I took it apart and hoped it had just slipped. To my complete disbelief, this super quality product at an incredibly good price had a HUGE flaw! The most important part, the charging port was FUNNYLY clogged with about $0.01 (one cent) turf. I've read from other people that their headphones lasted 2 days and aren't buying yet, others have said what a great sound. Apparently those who gave it good grades hardly ever use it. While I use mine all the time. For phone calls mostly because I hate holding a phone to my head and the speakerphone is never very good. It exceeded my expectations. I was excited. But after about 15 connections to the charger it broke. The company knows this is a BIG mistake! You could have spent a dollar more and had a secure cell phone connection, but the cheap company didn't. I'd happily pay $5 more than me if they did, which would end up giving them an extra $4 in profit. The next big problem is that there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU! I hope you read this and contact me to correct my RATING. Until this simple problem is fixed, DO NOT BUY!
