I give 3 stars because it's a beautiful affordable ring and they had fast shipping.

I'm disappointed because we ordered 3 rings of different sizes, the first 2 were too small. The first two rings were in perfect condition and were sent back in perfect condition too, we have just received the third ring ordered and yes it fits perfectly but everything is scratched, the packaging was clearly opened beforehand and the ring was definitely worn from the scratches on it, I do not understand why it was not caught? Don't they check the condition of the ring when it's returned? Will be returning due to scratches and hope it's not.
