Perfect for dry aged beef
I bought this rack to store my rib roast in the fridge while it ages. The size of this shelf is perfect and doesn't take up any extra space. Haven't cleaned it or tried baking with it yet, but I see no reason why it shouldn't work just as well. It should be noted that this tray is too large to fit right next to my Pampered Chef toaster ceramic utensils. It MAY rest on the edges of the ceramic tile it still hangs, but the small bumps won't touch the pan.
