Review on Ringotel by Michael Skerving

Easy set up of new users in office as well out side; no additional software required for desktop use/mobile access from anywhere via internet connection (no local network requirement). Great UI if you have basic knowledge about networking protocols used by VoIP devices like Sip Trunks etc., otherwise it can be very frustrating trying figure thingsout yourself! Also support team at ringoTel has been less than helpful when I've had questions regarding their products - they are not proactive enoughtly asking me what's going wrong instead offering solutions after months later only once we reach escalation stage which costs more money per call! It would definitely help improve customer service experience overall but may take longer time before improvement happens since this will require significant change within organization structure &amp culture first..
