MY MOST VALUABLE KITCHEN APPLIANCE
The purchase was definitely worth it. I've prepared recipes in 4-5 person portions that tended to have too much stuff for my 10" skillet and have had to resort to a wok which is just more difficult to use and clean. This Cuisinart pan is very easy to clean and has a long, sturdy handle and a good lid when needed. And it was perfect for the amount of ingredients I need for my recipes.
