Solid state evaporative cooler albeit very noisy as mentioned by others. It doesn't bother me personally. However, the water pump failed after 4 months, so I'm not so sure about the reliability. Warranty and customer support are entirely fictitious, meaning they don't exist. I have emailed a pump replacement warranty request more than half a dozen times and have received no response. Your online system is unable to track or keep track of your previously submitted requests.
