Great solution for masks! I've tried ready-made sets of elastics and buttons, but I wasn't happy with the variety of colors and the fact that you can't choose your own length. These types allow you to add switches to any elastic mask you want. I bought multicolored stretch sets in 1/4", but you could also use them for the 1/8" type or maybe even 3/8". Anyway, I just made a short, thin strip out of my leftovers taken and lined. There is elastic around my mask having already been sewn on. I then used the tool provided to thread the derailleur in as shown in my first photo. Then all I had to do was peel off the tape (both ends at once) (simple!) Then I removed the tool and now just popped the button onto the band that was already threaded through my rubber band.Now just pull the band, it's gentle on your hands, long enough to grip and so easy to pull! stretchy but I didn't skip it because I didn't really want it on this mask This was just an example of the process but the last photo shows a black mask where I skipped the black switch this way have genes The only thing I want right now is a multicolored switch set, apart from the black and white packaging.
