I have 6 and 12 volt batteries that have to be recharged from time to time (when there is too much energy or too little solar energy). These include old school liquid cell batteries, Gell Cell and AGM. Wet and AGM batteries are arranged in four rows. Schumacher handles it well. It first checks the battery and then you can choose the level or speed of charging. It's smart enough to know if your batteries are being mismanaged and need to be charged or balanced. However, I have one real complaint. The small plastic hooks on the back of the device for holding cords were clearly designed by a non-charger user. They are thin and not big enough to hold cables even when securely attached. Nevertheless, I give the charger 5 stars. Not enough lack to knock him out.
