Fits both my 18 month old and 4 year old.
I bought two of these for my little boys to wear to a wedding and they looked amazing! It took me about 5 minutes to set up each strap, but that's because I wasn't familiar with the mechanism. The bow ties weren't too tight and the off-white color matched perfectly with the light pink shirts and khakis they were wearing.
