Update 2/28/20From 3 stars to 5+stars!I was suprised to get a very polite email asking if they could send me a replacement for the previous sweater. They were very polite and I was grateful it wasn't an email demanding I change my review. Within a few days of the initial conversation I have a new sweater delivered at no charge and zero hassle.The fabric is much softer than the previous one as well as tighter stitching in areas with friction. My dog was so excited she basically put it on herself. then demanded a walk. She was so happy to have this sweater back that I am a definite return customer. The customer service is top notch.Previous post:Not a very good fabric. Its ok but more like a coarse wash cloth. We had our pup in it for 3 days and on the second all the pits started to unwind. By the third day it was pretty worn out. Day 4 its not worth me hand stitching it back together. VERY cute but crap quality.
