Review on ByteNAP by Savoeun Ramirez

I use their shared server service for my wordpress blog; it's very easy setup & they provide free domain along side of this host package which i really like! No downtime since last 11 months when we migrated from another VPS vendor (which was hosted at AWS). But recently one day after few days there were some issues reported by users but as per our knowledge those issue has been resolved already so everything looks good now! The major drawback about them right know : There should be better control panel options if someone wants something advanced than basic phpMyAdmin would suffice instead of default dashboard UI provided over here -.- If u have budget constraints then go ahead otherwise don't waste time choosing between two giants because both can give great results within less cost range too!! Currently working using WordPress platform only so far no other CMS works fine yet :) I like their cheap service for small businesses who need good quality domain registration alongside other features such as data backup etc. It's not very user friendly when it comes down to customising domains names but then again if this were my business we would be using something different so maybe its just me! Customer Service was slow sometimes couldnt get through straight away, emails didnt arrive within timeframes which led us to confusion at times about what they wanted from us.
