used about 2 months, used several times, absolutely no problems. The power cords are heavy duty and the connections on the magnet box are the best I've seen. The + and - cables are long enough to be properly routed to the battery and include a built in circuit breaker. They claim it's waterproof, but I haven't tested that yet. The wireless remote control works great and responds quickly. Some reviews say it was difficult to turn on because the instructions were poor. There's literally a whole page of instructions dedicated to holding down both buttons to turn on the remote. And it has an automatic shut-off so the batteries don't run out the next time you need the remote control. Synthetic rope is as thick (3/8 inch) as any other rope. The shell is long enough to protect them from obstacles. My only complaint is that the included hook is difficult to get into the loop at the end of the rope. But that's the problem with the hook. One last complaint, the decals they send to put on your jeep are so huge they are ridiculous and unusable.
