Slightly effervescent and vibrant. I would have preferred the bubbles and vibrations to be twice as intense and adjustable, but it's enough to get the job done. The massage tips and roller don't feel too sharp or uncomfortable to me. They actually feel pretty good, but my feet may be less sensitive than others because I've been working 12 hour days in steel-toed boots on concrete floors for the past 25 years. I received the product today and used it for the first time. It does what it is advertised to do. It's best to fill it with warm water as it keeps the temperature perfect, but it takes a long time to raise the temperature. I'm 10ft men's height and have about 4 inches of room left. I like it. I'm not sure if this will change my life, but I think it's a worthwhile purchase.
