This is a good cell phone armband. My phone fits in easily, even with a protective case. The velcro is very strong, I hope it stays that way and doesn't become less effective as dirt gets caught in the velcro over time. I have skinny arms, so although it's designed for the forearm, I can pull it over my elbow for use on my shoulder. The previous bracelets I've bought were too big to stay on my shoulder even for the small size so I had to wear them over a long sleeve shirt to keep them from rolling around my shoulder. This one stays with me. All in all it was a good buy and I recommend it if you don't have a phone case. The pockets of my old yoga pants are too small for my new phone so this headband works great on the days I wear it.
