First, it doesn't massage very well because the head doesn't move back and forth a lot, so you get more vibration than you would with a massage. This seems to be a common problem with many inexpensive options. The round ball nozzle broke within a week of purchase. It doesn't hold a charge very long and gets worse over time. The different speeds actually make the massage worse, with increasing increases they become more and more like vibrations. IMO save your money and try another brand.
