Like many Dell products, it's unreliable.
Why buy something made in the USA? Poor quality is a hallmark of an American product. This line of Dell laptops has a problem. There is no charge. Change the battery, power cord, etc. nothing. Dell's answer. Nothing. I would not buy another product from this company if they were the last computer manufacturer in the world.
