I am very happy with this purchase. I have a large pasture that I need to mow with my Kubota diesel tractor. The tractor and bush holes in the rear are quite noisy. This headset blocks out all that noise. I can hear a stereo, and since the headphones are excellent at blocking out noise, I don't have to crank the volume up too much. I heard a talk show on the radio and understood every word perfectly, and my hearing isn't the best. The stereo range is sufficient. I can't get that many channels in my country. Haven't tried the Bluetooth function yet, but the voice when turning it on says 'Blue Tooth Connected' so it picks up my phone. The stereo works so well I'm not sure how often I'll use Bluetooth. I've been mowing for 5 hours with the AA batteries I installed and they're not dead yet, so the lack of a recharge function isn't a problem. You can buy 30 batteries at any dollar store for almost nothing, so I don't really mind. In fact, I don't like charging devices. If you forget to plug them back in when you're done, you won't be able to use them until you charge them. With batteries, simply insert a new set of batteries and start mowing straight away. I expect a set of batteries to last a long time. All you do is play the little radio. I doubt it consumes almost no battery life. It is very comfortable. Once I turn them on and configure them, I forget they even exist.
