The platform was easy for me as an individual user to learn how it works - I had no problem navigating or using any of its features! It's also very intuitive which makes things easier when you're new at something like this type of software system that requires lots of customization/tweaking to make everything work properly together. There are some minor glitches here-and there but nothing major so far.
