It can easily handle large files. I was able to upload large image files without any problems. The customer service is very good as well, with very quick responses. One thing we think that could be improved is the way when you're uploading a file, it sometimes asks for a password which makes the process a little long. Sometimes we have had some problems while trying to delete or replace images in our website. We are using this software to update our website, so we always need to have the most recent version of software. QuickSilk is easy to use, very user friendly and has great functionality. The integration with the other apps is great as well. I would like to see more of the features that are available in the other apps. I would also like to see more of the functionality of the other apps in QuickSilk. QuickSilk is a great tool and I would highly recommend. I am able to manage all of my content in one place. I can also use the other apps to add functionality that I may need.
