Good! That's it, this product is amazing. I bought it because my heel was hard and cracked. It cracked so hard that it hurt to touch it. So this product arrived quickly (important post) and I've attached photos to show what it looks like and what's included. You place your foot in a plastic bag (you'll need scissors to cut the opening of the bag) and seal it with the included faucet. (picture included). The product feels cold and slimy. I left my feet on for 45 minutes and followed the removal instructions. The next step is the peeling. To be honest, it didn't start until day 6 or 7 for me. The whole process took about 2 weeks for me. Please be careful, the HARD DEAD SKIN on your legs will peel and fall off during the night and in your bed. It was disgusting. **Do not try to clean the skin yourself, which I did and my meal ended up with red sores**, you will see this in the photo as well. When the whole process was over, I smeared my feet with petroleum jelly or coconut oil. My feet were as soft as a baby's. It's been 2 months now and I'll do it again. I definitely recommend this product!
