I bought this ice cube tray because of the size of the scoops. They fit nicely in my insulated water bottle and four balls last most of the day. Other reviewers say the tray doesn't work properly, but I'm pretty sure they're filling it incorrectly or not seeing what's there. the correct way to fasten the lid. I snap it open and then just pour it out of the tap. I don't understand what's so difficult about it. I place it on the counter, plug the holes with the index and middle fingers of both hands, turn it over to drain the water from the top, dry quickly on the sides and bottom, and it goes in the freezer. After 5 hours I have balls of ice for a water bottle. If I were striving for perfect balls I would use a mold, but do perfect balls really exist? In general, this suits my purpose. I think because of all the bad reviews it might be the people the warning signs were made for.
