Review on ⛳ LC-1 Golf Swing Training Aid: Master Perfect Swing Mechanics Fast by Eric Smithlin

I bought this to compare to the Perfect Connextion because it has additional elastic straps to hold the device on your arms or hips. The LC-1 stays in place better than the Perfect Connection and has finer adjustments. In the end I decided to return it because I already have a device that does almost the same thing. I compare the two devices below and the pros and cons for the LC-1: Pros - bungee straps to hold the device in place - better adjustment (rotate) - "click" when twisting down if you work with this drill - lower cost product - mainly made of plastic so long term durability may be reduced. But that's just an observation. I really think the product is so well designed that you have to remove the device to adjust it as you have to rotate it to adjust the size. Overall, as with most equipment, it's good to practice and train regularly. I find it helpful to keep the knees and legs relaxed (fixation just above the knees). I did not find the arm lock and click appropriate for my practice. Ultimately it depends on the person's momentum, but the device is useful for keeping the arms/legs at a certain distance without collapsing.
