Review on Faux Leather Ankle Booties For Women With Stacked Block Heel, Pointed Toe, And Slip-On Design by Rachel Riley
Booties with a mid heel are my faves.
I'm short, a whopping 5'2" and every pair of pants ever purchased has been too long (even petites) so I've gotten used to a little bit of a heel. I don't want to wear super high with pants but I need a little something and ankle boots are one of my favorite styles. This pair is a bit harder to pull on than ones that zip but I found that if I'm careful with my socks (and wear smooth finished ones) they slide right on. The heel is right, the size is true (I usually get a 6 or 6.5 and I'm happy with the 6). I couldn't wear heavy socks in them but wouldn't anyway so they are great. They look good and are comfortable and I get support from the ankle boot (plus my shoes are just high enough that I don't have hem my slightly longer pants).
