The printer does not recognize the cartridge

I bought this on October 5th when I bought my new Epson XP-960 printer to be ready to change the ink. I had to replace a cartridge today, November 26th, and the printer did not recognize the cartridge. I am completely closed and cannot print my project. The return window closed on November 5th. Sorry, but these don't work.
