I bought these as a gift for my brother. He's really into puzzles, so I thought this would be perfect. The only problem is that the straps are very weak. Baggage handlers ripped it off the suitcase and lost it on the first flight. I ended up buying some inexpensive stainless steel cords and will be getting him another set of charms/cords for Christmas. I got some of these stylish pendants a few years ago and with the stainless steel cords they are very durable and have traveled to many countries.
